Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Arata account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack the Products

  Ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and invoices to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Quality Check

  Our courier partner will pick up the package, and once it reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a standard quality inspection by our team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
