Are Arata products truly natural and chemical-free?
Yes, our products are formulated with 100% nature-derived ingredients. We strictly avoid sulfates, parabens, phthalates, silicones, and synthetic fragrances.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not. Arata is a PETA-certified cruelty-free and vegan brand. We never test on animals at any stage of product development.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
